      Instruments of this series are manufactured for all those applications where it’s needed a very accurate and strong execution, to allow a steady and long term reliability. Pressure gauges of SP 300 series are suitable for specific requirements, such as electric contacts, customized executions, Monel manometric element or moreover as described below.
      The traditional series SP 300 is supported by series SP 200, that maintain the 
well-known quality level, but allow a considerable economic advantage, due to mass production with advanced technology.

- Steady from 1/10 to 3/4;

- Fluctuating from 1/10 to 2/3;

- Pulsating from 1/10 to 1/2.

Over-pressures

 

- 130% of full scale value (standard);

- 160% of full scale value (option V25);

- 250% of full scale value (option V27);

- For others over-pressure values use over-pressure protectors (see AM series).

Pointer

 

- Aluminum with micrometer adjustment for dry execution and for execution with electric contacts;

- Aluminum not adjustable for liquid filled execution.

note: if the instrument is class 0,6 the pointer is knife edged.

Dial

 

- White aluminium with black figures (for dial modifications see available options).

Accuracy

 

- Class 1 (± 1% of full scale deflection) standard;

- Class 0,6 (± 0,6% of full scale deflection) optional option V36 (for BS and ANSI class 0,6 becomes ± 0,5% f.s.d.).

Ambient temperature

 

- -30 ÷ +60 °C dry execution;

- +10 ÷ +60 °C glycerine filled execution;

- -30 ÷ +60 °C silicone fluid filled execution.

Thermal drift

 

- Out of optimum ambient temperature values included within +15 ÷ +25°C, the thermal drift affects the instruments accuracy of 0,3% every 10°C.
